Over the last many years I have managed a computer network. It gets fun sometimes when they call say there computer will not come on, the key piece of information they do not tell you is the power of the building is turned off. Not joking, this actually has happened in a tech support call. Some of the better times is when you can fix customers issues and they are happy. The speed of the network connection has helped allot. You can use access software to get into their remote computer over the computer network or internet network and solve their computer issue or software problems. The speed today is maybe twenty times what it was ten years ago with the new super fast internet and the newer remote access software. The new remote access software is more secure with up to 256-bit encryption allows you access computer servers anywhere in the world along with being able to access a Mac or Linux Computer, all with the same piece of software. I do remember the days where we had a different kind of software for each kind of computer. With the increased speed and improved software has made very easy to support more with less techs. Just what new tech innovations will improve in remote computer access in the new future.
